DESCRIPTION
Highway TAS Master Mix 2X (M023) has all the necessary components for a PCR, except for the primers and template DNA, which should be provided by the user.
TAS Master Mix 2X includes TAS reaction buffer, MgCl2, dNTPs and Taq DNA polymerase in optimal concentration in order to achieve an effective PCR amplification.
MgCl2 final concentration is 1,5 mM.
For a PCR with final reaction volume of 30 µl, use 15 µl of TAS Master Mix 2X.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
