Oligonucleotide Synthesis
Oligonucleotide synthesis will be made to order, i.e, specially made according to customer's specifications.
A. Common oligos
Delivered in desalinated and lyophilized form.
Synthesis scale: 25 nmol, 100 nmol, 200 nmol, 1 µmol
For 35 bases (and more) oligonucleotides, an additional purification method of your choice is recommended (PAGE, HPLC, Cartridge).
B. Modified oligos
Delivered in desalinated and lyophilized form.
Synthesis scale: 200 nmol
Special fluorescently labeled oligos (6-FAM, HEX,TET, fluorescein)/Taqman probes.
Custom Made Solutions
