IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
DNA PuriPrep-T kit enables a quick and simple extraction and purification of total DNA (genomic and mitochondrial) from solid tissue samples (biopsies, spleen, liver, kidney, fixed tissue, mouse tail, disaggregated bone and hair follicle).
A pure DNA is obtained free of proteins, eluted from a silica mini column with RNA, which can be digested with RNase at will. The final product can be applied immediately to PCR or stored at -20ºC.
The predominant fragments are 20-30 kpb or even larger, due to low handling.
After tissue digestion with Proteinase K (provided), the process demands no more than 30-35 minutos and does not require organic solvents or phenol.
CONSERVATION
DNA Puriprep T-kit is transported at room temperature. Lyophilized proteinase K is delivered in a box; once received, keep at 4°C. After resuspension, keep at -20°C.
