DESCRIPTION
DNA Puriprep P-kit enables quick and simple extraction and purification of plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures (miniprep).
A pure DNA is obtained free of proteins and RNA, ready to use in PCR, sequencing, restriction analysis and ligation.
The final product, eluted from a mini column, can be used immediately or kept at -20ºC. The whole process demands no more than 30-35 minutes and does not require organic solvents or phenol. Between 1 and 20 ug of DNA is obtained, depending on the processed culture volume and the copy number of plasmid.
CONSERVATION
BR Buffer is transported with cooling gel. Once received, keep at 4°C. The rest of DNA Puriprep P kit components are transported and stored at room temperature.
